How to raise a complaint

  1. Contact Krystal Capitals

Most issues are sorted out quickly: call +91 94205 16805, email admin@krystalcapitals.com, or use the WhatsApp button. Tell us what happened and what you'd like us to do.

  2. Write to our grievance officer

If you're not satisfied with our reply: Keshav Vyas, Grievance Officer · keshav@krystalcapitals.com.

  3. The fund house or its registrar

For a problem with a transaction, units, a statement, a payout or your folio details, you can also contact the fund house (AMC) or its registrar, CAMS or KFin Technologies. Their investor-service contacts are on their websites and in the scheme documents.

  4. AMFI

For a complaint about our conduct as a mutual fund distributor, you can write to AMFI (the Association of Mutual Funds in India), which registers distributors: amfiindia.com.
