Questions about investing here

What is a Regular plan?

A Regular plan is a fund bought through a distributor, like Krystal Capitals. The fund house pays us a trail commission from the plan's expense ratio (yearly cost). So a Regular plan costs more than the same fund's Direct plan. You can buy Direct plans from the fund house or other platforms.

How do I start a SIP here?

Open a fund's page, choose SIP, and pick an amount and a date. If you are new, sign up and open your account first. Then approve the SIP with an OTP on NSE's page. Payments go out by AutoPay, a one-time approval you give your bank.

What is the minimum?

It differs by fund. Many funds take SIPs from ₹500 a month. Each fund's page shows its smallest SIP and one-time amount.

Is my money held by Krystal Capitals?

No. Your payment goes to the fund house through NSE's mutual fund platform. It never goes to Krystal Capitals. Your units are held in your name with the fund house.
